1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LINKAZAP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

LINKAZAP is a WhatsApp automation tool that offers features such as bulk messaging, artificial intelligence for customer service, and lead capture. The proper use of the tool is the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Service Description

LINKAZAP is automation software that runs directly on the user's device (computer, phone, or VPS server). The service includes:

  • Bulk messaging to contact lists
  • Automated customer service with Artificial Intelligence (Gemini)
  • Lead capture and management
  • Custom triggers and commands
  • Audio message transcription and comprehension

3. User Responsibilities

The user is fully responsible for the content of messages sent through LINKAZAP. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited messages
  • Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Violating third-party privacy
  • Sending offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Using contact lists obtained irregularly
  • Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service

LINKAZAP is not responsible for any sanctions applied by WhatsApp, including suspension or account banning, resulting from improper use of the tool by the user.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

LINKAZAP uses the Google Gemini API to provide automated responses. The user is responsible for properly configuring the system prompt and supervising AI interactions with their customers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated responses. It is recommended that users regularly monitor conversations and adjust settings as needed.

5. Payment and Licensing

LINKAZAP operates with a per-period (days) license system. There is no automatic recurring billing or subscription. The user acquires access for a determined period and decides whether to renew at the end.

Available prices and plans are described on our pricing page. We do not offer refunds after license activation, except in exceptional cases analyzed individually.

6. Limitation of Liability

LINKAZAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Financial losses resulting from use of the tool
  • Service interruptions or failures
  • WhatsApp actions against the user's account
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Official LinkaZAP Use

Any link found on third-party sites should be refused. Be aware of copies and unauthorized versions of our tool.
